Gate Fees
Gate Fees can be purchased at the gate of the event or online.
Gate Fees are non refundable. Best in the US Showcases will do everything we can to play all scheduled games.
Hotels
Our team events are “Stay to Play” Events. All teams or individuals requiring hotel stays must book through the Site Search Housing Form in order to be considered for tournament acceptance. You can fill out our hotel request form by using the hotel tab on your tournament page. All teams traveling to the event must stay at an arranged hotel through our Housing Agency. Best in the US reserves the right to remove your team from the event if you do not follow the Stay to Play policy.
Refund Policy
If Zero Games are played 75% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by Best in the US Showcases
If 33% of your guaranteed tournament games are played 50% of entry fee will be returned as a credit for a future event run by Best in the US Showcases.
If you play 2 or more of your scheduled games, that is considered a full tournament.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the time of the cancelled event.
Teams that pull out after an event is sold out will not receive any refund or credit.
Teams that pull out with 90 days of an event will not receive any refund or credit.
